Three prizes will be awarded;

• Grand Prize, $100 plus a scholarship to a digital photography course of the winner’s choice at the Newport Art Museum Minnie and Jimmy Coleman Center for Creative Studies
   
• Second Prize, $75
   
• Third Prize, $50
   
• All entrants will receive free admission to the Newport Art Museum
   
• Winners will be announced at the Middletown Historical Society’s “Picnic in Paradise” on September 12th at Paradise Park

The officers of the Society consist of the President, Vice President, Corresponding Secretary, Recording Secretary, and Treasurer all of whom are elected for terms of two years. Officers may serve no more than three, two-year terms.
